Affiliate programs are forms of Internet advertising that rewards the affiliates (or agents in the physical world) for driving traffic to the advertiser or for other transactions. The Truth About Internet Marketing and Those Network Marketing Scams

There are many network marketing programs out there, many that promise huge income streams without much work. In my experience, for the most part, it is not so much the programs out there that promise huge income, but it is the specific marketer of that program. There are many individuals who think network marketing as a whole is a scam.

I'm here to put that thought to rest. I'm not saying that there are not marketing scams on the internet with bold claims such as "make a million dollars just sitting on your computer" that in my opinion is both unnecessary and untruthful but don't let a few bold claims keep you from creating a serious income from home. There are many network marketing programs that have the leadership, the integrity, the compensation plan and the background that make it a legitimate business.

Through my work in network marketing I have come to a realization that really has grown my business. It is not the program that creates success but it is the individual within the program that creates success. Is that to say there isn't marketing scams out there? There definitely is but there are many programs out there that can help open many doors for you, but no matter what program an individual is in it all comes down to marketing and mindset.

The truth is when a person understands marketing, he or she can create massive success within any business. Mindset is also another factor, even more important than marketing. When an individual can be clear on his or her vision beyond doubts, fears and outer opinion, there is no way success can't be attained. If an individual sees abundance on the inside it will manifest on the outside.

Home based businesses and network marketing programs out there have many benefits to those involved. The key is to making the commitment to learning mlm marketing tactics and applying them as well as keeping an abundant mindset and believing in yourself no matter the doubts you hold inside.

There truly is nothing stopping an individual from creating a serious income from home. Network marketing businesses out there as a whole provide serious income potential and growth for those involved.

Internet Marketing Tips - How to Handle Problem List Members

It's the goal of every Internet marketer...to build a massive list. Be honest, it's all you think about. It's the question that pops up at every forum. How do I build a massive list? What they fail to tell you is that sometimes you get people on your list who you wish were never on it in the first place. Then what do you do? Well, if you're one of those marketers who has a problem list member, or you're wondering what to do if you get one, this article will give you the answers.

List members become problems in essentially two ways. The first way is that they spam you with their own sales pitches after they join your list. Whether they know it or not, joining your list does NOT give them the right to send sales pitches to you. It is a one way street in this regard. For some reason, so many marketers seem to feel that if they are on YOUR list that they can send YOU whatever they want. This is not the case. They opted into YOUR list and NOT the other way around.

The other problem area is the list member who will send you email after email complaining about this thing or that thing, or ask you tons of questions amounting to expecting you to mentor them for free. Giving somebody a free report and a newsletter does NOT entitle this person to free mentoring or to send you abusive emails. Again, you are providing a service to them for free and therefore do not have to provide other services not covered by the list agreement. And certainly, you don't have to put up with abuse.

So, what do you do if you get either of the above? Very simple. The first step is to warn the person, whatever the infraction may be. If they're spamming you, tell them to stop. If they're abusing you, tell them that you don't appreciate it and ask them to stop. If they're expecting you to mentor them for free, tell them that the report you gave them or newsletter, or whatever, is all that comes with the free subscription. Point out that it IS free.

If the person continues to do what they are doing, simply remove them from your list. Most likely you won't make anything off of them anyway and they just aren't worth the trouble.

If you follow these simple tips, you'll greatly reduce the stress that your list is causing you.
